1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ccjl ("ccjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ccjl.app and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ccjl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Not have been previously excluded or banned from the ccjl Platform or any other gaming platform operated by ccjl or its affiliates;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player under any applicable self-exclusion program.

ccjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ccjl may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the ccjl Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by ccjl for identity verification purposes. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the ccjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ccjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccjl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ccjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ccjl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ccjl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with ccjl's KYC process, which may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ccjl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ccjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at ccjl's sole discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the ccjl deposit page. ccjl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as specified on the Platform. ccjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ccjl account. ccjl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the ccjl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ccjl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Gameplay, Fairness & Game Rules

All games available on the ccjl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels on the Platform.

Each game on the ccjl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ccjl reserves the right to void any wager or game round that is affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance. ccjl's decision in all matters relating to game outcomes and technical disputes is final and binding.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ccjl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific promotion terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General conditions applicable to all ccjl bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms;
• ccjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the ccjl Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the ccjl Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the ccjl Platform or the experience of other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measures implemented by ccjl.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ccjl Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, "ccjl Content"), is the exclusive property of ccjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ccjl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any ccjl Content without the prior written consent of ccjl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ccjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ccjl Platform, even if ccjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The ccjl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ccjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ccjl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ccjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ccjl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any conduct that ccjl reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ccjl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request the closure of your ccjl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ccjl arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ccjl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ccjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ccjl will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ccjl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
